In this video interview, Stephan Romeder, General Manager of Magic Software Germany, raises the question of how to exploit the massive potential of cloud and mobile computing, which he sees as the two major trends in Germany, without sacrificing existing business. "The challenge" he says "is not to develop this market because it already exists. It is to satisfy the demand that is already there and growing." Stephan describes how Magic's uniPaaS responds effectively to this challenge by providing a single, easy-to-use tool for developing and deploying both hybrid and mobile solutions.



In the business integration sector, Stephan explains why there is a real and pressing need for solutions that can integrate between cloud-based applications, such as Salesforce.com, and on-premise systems, such as SAP, to realize end-to-end business processes. "Integration" he explains "has to become a part of the daily business, instead of being a task that requires big projects."


Stephan points to the oncoming change in the way that organizations will conduct internal communication and collaboration, and explains why Magic's iBOLT offers an ideal response to the new challenge of 'social network integration'.
